Weight Lifting Music

The concept is new, and when you may have heard people talk about the type of music they listen to heavy lifting, this is the first time the song was created specifically and strategically to listen to while lifting weights.

As a person who loves going to the gym and throw around the weight off, I’ve often been frustrated by the poor choice of music to be played by “dj academy” in my local gym. Sure, there was a lot of music training reported in recent years as people have learned the benefits that music can have on your workout, but the problem is that these songs are usually more specific training or aerobics cardio .

Have you noticed the type of music played in some movies like Rocky, or a movie in which the loser has to have the courage and motivation to overcome the ultimate challenge?

Then I felt the weight lifting music should have your blood pumping and gives you an adrenaline rush. It is proven that when a normal human being has the adrenaline running through your veins, you can perform amazing feats of strength that would otherwise not be able to perform under normal circumstances.

Adrenaline can be inspired by emotions and emotions can be inspired and affected by music. Thus, for the weight lifting music to be truly effective, must be created in a way that inspires emotions signal the brain to produce adrenaline.
